Rollie Egg Master Features
Rollie Egg Master cooks eggs fast, the secret is its vertical cooking technology that combine
cylindrical non stick cooking surface surounded by a revolutionary heating element so your egg
after cooking pop up, fluffy and perfectly cooked.
- Rinse the Rollie Egg master cooking chamber before first use. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
- To turn on, plug the appliance into an electrical outlet.
- Hold the appliance horizontally and apply 2 short sprays of nonstick cooking spray.
- During cooking place the Rollie Egg master vertically on a flat surface.
- Crack 1 to 2 large eggs directly into the Rollie Egg master cooking chamber. Or, if you’d like, crack eggs in a cup and pour into the Rollie Egg master cooking chamber. NEVER BEAT THE EGGS.
- Once the food is in the Rollie Egg master cooking chamber, insert one wooden skewer into the center of the food to help food keep its form and prevent it from falling over as it rises.
- Eggs should rise after 8-9 minutes of cooking. To remove the food, tilt the appliance and gently prod the food out with a skewer.
| - Crack eggs into a bowl or cup, and then pour into the Rollie Egg master cooking chamber.
- When beating eggs, add breadcrumbs, crushed chips, crushed crackers, wheat germ or other similar binders. (Refer to RECIPES section)
- Egg whites will form a film around the top of the cooking chamber as it enters the Rollie Eggmaster. Use a supporting skewer to gently scrape film and let it fall into cooking eggs.
- To clean the Rollie Egg master, use the supplied brush and push it to the bottom of the cooking chamber, then move the brush in a twisting motion followed by reciprocating (up and down) motion. (Refer to CLEANING section)
- For omelette rolls and similar foods, it is recommended not to fill cooking chamber more than half its volume, as food will expand.
